The slides are a blast and the kids had fun. But I would never ever do a birthday here again. It is chaos and your “party attendant” drops off drinks and splits…. So you don’t really have anyone helping with pizza, etc. they leave it on your table with no way to cut or serve it. I frequently had to go back up to the concession stand for help since our party attendant was not available. While it is a fun place, I believe there are much better places for a birthday party that offer a better value (any trampoline park party is less of a dumpster fire- hands down so much easier for the parent) private room, and someone that helps for the same or less money. The pizza was pretty good 👍🏼 so that was a plus. 5 stars for slides, 1 stars for the birthday party value/setup. With 3 kids aged 8 and under We have had parties a most north side popular party places and I would not recommend this for a party. I would say it is better suited for a couple of kids to go play for a bit. It’s a fun place but parties and how smooth they go and how well things are communicated could be improved. I tried calling both Thursday and Friday before the event several times and could reach no one on the phone… so I would have an idea of what to expect coming in. So just a heads up that after you spend $500 that they won’t answer the phone to answer your questions. I will not be back for a birthday, but would go back for a fun afternoon with the kids. We hosted the party 1/10 for a group of kids aged 10-4. The younger kids couldn’t get on the slides… so that was unexpected

We had a lot of fun during our first visit. Checking in went smoothly and customer service at the front desk was great. My concern is with many of the other employees monitoring the slides and the fact that they do not seem to enforce the rules.
One employee managing multiple big slides was actually on his phone having a casual conversation instead of letting us know when it was safe to proceed, which to me seemed incredibly unprofessional.
There was a section for kids 3 and under but there were a handful of older kids and young teens running around in there as well and after a while, I didn’t feel safe letting my one year old continue to climb up the “Junior Jungle” with big kids rushing past him. There definitely should’ve been an employee there to enforce the 3 and under rule.
It was also frustrating that there was a lack of supervision or employees simply didn’t care when kids were not waiting their turn in line for the slide, pushing past people, and attempting to go down the slide when someone else is going; specifically the blue and green slides near the entrance. The fact that they’re not at all enforcing the one person at a time rule is a huge safety concern and a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Check in was seamless- waiver QR code right past the front doors so you don’t take time at the register to complete, polite front desk staff (who demonstrated how to carry & hold the slide mat) and easy to get in at the entry point with wrist band (again friendly staff member greeting you). Food court is small and efficient- prices seem reasonable and on par with other indoor playgrounds. You will have to purchase their socks if you don’t own a pair (their socks, not competitors). We are in town from NE Wisconsin for the holidays and our 9 daughter and her friend are having a great time. We will be back when we come to visit grandparents!

Amazing place for kids, the family thoroughly enjoyed the slides. Only down side was the customer service, the admissions table can’t greet anyone with a smile, and if we were given some attention they weren’t a bit friendly. I COMPLETELY understand, working with this many families with children, it can get exhausting and frustrating but it should still be expected to greet entering families with a warm welcome. The cold customer service is definitely something I will consider the next time I think to bring my family here.
