  horrible. they made my face in my highschool picture look like ot was plastic. i get it. acne=bad. I DONT EVEN LOOK LIKE ME. WHAT DA FRIK. OMFG. MY FACE IS SHINIER THAN MR CLEANS HEAD.

  We used Burns Photography services for our wedding and they were amazing at every step of the way! Extremely professional but still made us feel comfortable being ourselves and made what we wanted the top priority. When it rained, they were running with us to get photos outside of our venue during rain breaks and still took incredible photos inside with wonderful light quality. They were comprehensive in our meeting before the wedding and made sure that we got every picture we requested and excellent ones that we hadn’t even thought of! As a bride, they made sure no detail was left out-they fixed my train and straightened out my diamond ring so it was dead on in photos. We cannot thank them enough!

  Burns Photography is ridiculously expensive, in my opinion, and you get nothing for your money. I was charged a $50 sitting fee for 20 minutes of a photographer's time (the photographer was a nice person)...but that includes no photos, and the fee doesn't go towards the photo purchase. I feel I was charged an outrageous amount for pictures, and the whole time on the phone during the purchasing appointment I was being told all the things I could add for even more money. When I asked why they charged so much, I got an earful about all the phone calls they have to make and emails they have to send out to get kids in to take pictures. Are you kidding me??? Burns makes money at the end of all those phone calls and emails, so why would you give that as an explanation for why your prices are high? Burns has a lucrative contract with a lot of schools in the area - do you really need to rake parents of seniors over the coals? Burns photography looks like nothing but a money grab. The same photo package I can purchase for my freshman at $40 is now magically $150 because my kid is a senior. It's a real shame.

  This is the third time we’ve used burns photography for our children for senior photos and as always great experience with our photo session! Easy, clean, accommodating and organized! Photos turned out great!
