    I have been taking adult ballet lessons at Evanston School of Ballet for over a year now. I have no prior experience doing ballet but I am hooked now. I am looking forward to every lesson as a great way to exercise my body and relax my mind. Doing ballet with live classical piano music makes me so focused on the moment with great joy. The teachers love ballet and teaching. They give lessons with strong technique focus to prevent injury and sculpture the body in the right way. You are surrounded and inspired by their passion for ballet, appreciation of beauty and positive energy. I would strongly recommend this school if you consider taking ballet lessons both as adult or for your children. The school has opened for over 40 years and I wish I can dance there for another 40.
