  The best deal to watch a movie in the theater. Normally it is not busy and love the huge blue vanilla icee.

  The concession stand staff was under staffed. It took me over 20 minutes to get a large popcorn and 2 drinks. My friend didn't get a chance to order before the worker walked to the back and didn't come back until I asked if she could order. We went to the theater we were told at the front and thought we were at the wrong theater because it said something else on the marquee.

  On October 4th at around at around 5 or 6 o'clock, I asked if I could have the 3D glasses since I purchased 2 tickets and I was wondering if I could have the glasses. but yet the person who was in charge the manager. came right behind me instead of introducing herself properly, she just came right behind me. And started talking, "you can't have those" stunk up behind me didn't properly introduce herself, very authoritative and rude, no professional courtesy whatsoever. Explain to me the situation and everything which is fine. So these glasses are basically used and they're not clean, they're just basically used and put back in the case and used and put back in the case. which whoever wore them whatever they have behind their ears is attached to the glasses and then put back onto the case. Which in any imax theater they just throw the glasses back in the box and the box is recycled. All the glasses are there, but it's not reused, which is very disgusting. Not only that, one of the ushers that were there a 17-year-old tried to start a fight and it got to the point where he was almost putting his hands-on me and a young child a four-year-old child got in the middle of him and said, stop as to not touch me. To not hurt me, so I had to call the police. I reported the incident, I told them what happened, they didn't trespass me and they did not give me a refund for the purchases of the tickets that I did. So that's 2 tickets, that's $11 each, I would like also a refund from the small popcorn I bought, because I didn't even get to enjoy the movies that I purchased 2 movies in 1 day. In another incident, I was there and I saw an 88-year-old man he was standing still and he looked like he was about to fall over. I looked at the Usher there was nobody there nobody to help him, nothing I had to escort this old man to his car because he was, you know, injured, nobody called the ambulance nobody asked if he was okay, nobody asked him if he wanted a glass of water. So that was very disturbing in itself as well. And that happened in a different time, so I have the incident reported. We have it on video, I am just asking for my refund. That's all and I would like to put a grievance on the manager on that day of october fourth , and on the seventeen year old usher. On top of that , the manager accused me of asking an employee their age. To see if theyre at the age of consent to take out for lunch. I did the right thing appropriately, and walked away. To which the manager accused me of being inappropriate. 1.7 million views and more will see this only to know and say "this theater needs older employees, these kids are lame." I'll take this opportunity to thank the officers to show employees how to do their job appropriately. And to not make a scene in front of children.
