  The recliner seats are very comfortable, and it’s a great place to enjoy movies with friends and family. Always a fun and relaxing experience!

  They need to close it officially, it’s almost inhabitable with mildew and destroyed seats and mold growing in the cup holders. We didn’t stay for the movie, our children couldn’t breathe from the allergens.

  Bad experiences all around. ​First, the parking lot is frustrating because they have an overhead lighting system designed to make it easy to find open spots—but the green lights frequently indicate open spots falsely. It is a failed system. ​Second, your automatic check-in system is flawed. I walked up with my QR code in hand; the system scanned it and gave an affirming beep, but then did nothing. It turns out you have to push a button on the screen first. This is a needless step that should be cut. If you refuse to remove this inefficiency, at least alert people during the scan that they still need to press a button. Third, every theater helpfully has its number prominently above the entrance-- except theater 8? You need to add the number. Not only did you waste my family's time as we walked back and forth. I overheard about group complaining about the same issue. Forth, your 3D glasses are too small to fit comfortable over spectacles. Your the only movie theater to have these small things. Felt like I watched the niche through a narrow telescope. Miserable experience. I paid $81 for this? ​Finally, the movie was scheduled to start at 6:00 p.m., but at 5:51 p.m., we still couldn't get in because they were cleaning. I asked a staff member, "Are you running behind?" She replied, "No. They have 30 minutes before the movie starts to clean the theater." You guys have grown complacent and take for granted your premier location. Step it up. You failed in multiple ways today. ​If the theater is supposed to be ready 30 minutes prior, yet they are still cleaning 9 minutes before showtime, how is that not "running behind"?

  0 if I could. Disgusting! Every single chair was ripped & torn , sticky trays omg the cup holders were terrifying & dont get me started on the floor LOL Top it off our movie sucked, go somewhere else. Somehow my kids talked me into staying, never again!!
