  This is a lovely place to catch a movie! I actually drive 40 minutes to come here (bypassing many other theaters) because the service is perfect, the venue is delightful, and it's always a fun experience. They've got great deals running all the time, and it's been wonderful being drawn back into cinema. They manage to make the movies exciting again!

  Seats were super comfortable. Food was delicious. Good service. Large beers available. This was my favorite theater experience in a while.

  Today, apparently, the weather made the theaters go out multiple times during our showing. I didn't really have an issue with this. What I had a problem with was how they didn't notify us about what was going on. Multiple people had to walk out to the counter to inquire about why the movie stopped playing. After the second time it went out, everyone decided it wasnt worth another long wait and to just leave and get our money back but the line was almost to the back of the theater. At no point, did anyone who worked there walk the line and let us know what was going on or make any apologies about the inconvenience. In fact, when it went out, the second time, an employee brought a customer the waters they ordered but never updated us on what was happening. Not that person's fault, but this could have been handled better.

  I chose this location specifically for the Dream Lounge seats. Be aware there is no Apple Pay, no traditional concession stand, only a bar and online ordering. I ordered the chips & dip trio (the closest thing to nachos), chicken tenders with fries, and bottled drinks. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately, I wasn’t a fan of the chips & dip trio. The chicken tenders were pretty average, and while the fries had the potential to be great, they were cold. Once the food arrived, I waited about five minutes for our drinks. I can’t eat without water, so after waiting, I went to find someone to ask about them. While standing in the hallway, a manager told me they would be out soon. I then went to the bar to order jalapeños to make the chips & dip more bearable. When I returned to my seat, the drinks still hadn’t arrived, so I went back to the bar again to see what the delay was. I was highly disappointed that I had to go searching for our drinks. Drinks are almost always served before food, and in this case, who knows how long it would have taken if I hadn’t gone looking for them myself. I’m not too convinced I’ll be returning to this location. Good service is a value of mine so it may be worth it to drive further to a different dine in theater.
