Booking was easy and offered plenty of options to customize & add to your party package. Checking in was easy, and our party assistant was attentive & helpful. The pizzas were good, the private party room was a good size for 10 kids & parents, the room and the play areas were clean and well-maintained. Great experience all around, thank you for an awesome party!

This place allows as many adults as you want, and you can choose the number of kids. We rented the room for 24 kids, and our family members without kids were able to come without any issues. It fits a lot of people comfortably. The place is beautiful, and I’m so glad I found it. I highly recommend it. The owner is super nice, and the staff is wonderful too. We absolutely loved it!

The girl (apparently is the manager) refused, stating it was a “health violation.” Beyond the policy itself, the attitude during the conversation felt dismissive and unnecessarily strict. This is a family-oriented place, and a little understanding or willingness to help would have gone a long way. Very disappointing customer service experience. It's just a CUP, any other kids place you go to honor this request. Whoever read my reviews know I always recommend good places with great food and amazing costumer service. I never leave bad reviews, but this time it was way out of line, especially for a family place.

How long will my kids be able to play?
Unless there is a scheduled private party or special event, your admission is for all day play! At DinoDash Indoor Playground, we will inform you if any events will take place at one of the most fun indoor playgrounds!
What if I forget my socks?
No worries! Socks are available for purchase at the front desk. Visit one of the local indoor playgrounds today!
Do adults need to wear socks too?
Yes! In an effort to provide a clean space for everyone, as one of the most reliable indoor playgrounds, we are a socks-only facility. All guest will be required to leave their shoes upon check-in, and socks must be worn at all times. Plenty of cubbies are available for you to leave your shoes.
Can I bring food and/or drinks in?
Unless you have a party reservation that allows you to do so, outside food and drinks are not allowed inside. However, milk for your sweet babies is understandably permitted. Looking for one of the local birthday party venues? Look no further than DinoDash Indoor Playground!
What if I get hungry?
As one of the best birthday party venues, we have our own little cafe serving hot food, snacks, and a variety of drinks. There sure will be something that quenches your taste buds.
Can I have a party without a reservation?
Please understand we could not allow any party celebrations without a reservation. We do have multiple size party packages that could accommodate your needs.
Can I play in the inflatables with my child?
No, it is not safe for adults to be in the inflatables. Give us a call if you'd like to plan a party at one of the best birthday party venues!
Do you offer free Wi-Fi?
Absolutely! You can even bring your laptop and get some work done while your kids play. Look no further than our facility if you're looking for one of the trusted indoor playgrounds in the area!
Can I drop off my kids and pick them up later?
No, your child needs to be supervised by an adult at all times. For their safety, please do not leave them unattended at one of the local indoor playgrounds.
Do your hours change often?
Though we like to keep things consistent, private parties and special events could change our open play hours. Please check our calendar or follow one of our social media accounts to keep up to date with one of the best indoor playgrounds.
Do adults and children have to fill out a waiver?
Yes, everyone who enters our play arena will need to fill out a waiver. If you're considering visiting one of the most reliable indoor playgrounds, save time and complete it online!
How long does something stays in lost and found?
We do our donation drop offs the 1st of every month. We will donate all unclaimed items unless contacted to hold onto it longer.
Can I leave and come back same day?
Yes. Keep your receipt for same day re-entry. Be sure to let our front attendant know before exiting to ensure a smooth re-entry.
Can I go in the play structure with my children?
Yes. As an adult, please do not run and jump in the soft-play structure. Leave those stunts to the kids. BUT you are not allowed in the inflatables.
