I find it challenges me mentally, enriches me socially, and acts as a chemical-free overall stress reducer. A man typically learns to dance from from woman, and I found Ms. Smith to be an awesome, patient, and motivating instructor. I received the right mix of group lessons, and private one-one-one sessions to keep me progressing. As soon as I got enough confidence to dance reasonably well (about 3 months for me), I headed to Atlanta for weekend dance opportunities. What a blast!
