We were here on New Year’s Eve very late, around 10 PM. We paid $160 for a VIP cabin with a transparent floor and Ferrari-style seats, as advertised on the website. As soon as we approached the ticket counter, I was told that they couldn’t find my reservation, supposedly because I booked through a website they “don’t work with.” This was very confusing and unpleasant, and I had to look for proof that I had already paid for everything. The transparent floor was honestly nothing special — it was scratched and very small. The seats were okay, yes, you could say they were Ferrari-style. The ride lasted about 10 minutes instead of the promised 30, and the view from the cabin was quite average. I can’t say that this experience is worth $160 — I’m confident the price is significantly overpriced. I would strongly recommend choosing a regular cabin and not wasting money on the Ferrari-style one. On the positive side: clean, nice restrooms; a café where you can buy drinks, with friendly, smiling staff; and a pleasant, fairly warm waiting area. Overall — it was okay, but definitely not worth the VIP price.

If you are in Atlanta then i would recommend this experience and make sure you go at night. You get some amazing views from the top especially the Olympic garden water light show. You cant really see it when on the ground. We got around 5 rounds. The seating is weather controlled so we didnt feel any cold or we just ignored it because of the awesome views. If you are accompanying with more the one person make sure you get the combo ticket and add ons instead of individual tickets. Skyview is just 5mins walking distance of Georgia aquarium. We parked at the free parking (green deck) that we got from the city pass (purchase the city pass physically from hall of fame) Free parking pass was issued for 3 days. So we could use it any time during these 3 days.

Wish it were higher. Some buildings were taller and obscured the sunset. Good experience if your an out-of-towner.

Bought a Groupon for me and the wife, very nice experience. The wait wasn't too bad and you get a good view of the city.

I came to SkyView with my boyfriend, as it was our first time visiting Atlanta. We were a bit disappointed to find the Ferris wheel mostly surrounded by buildings; there was still a decent view, but we were expecting to be able to see a bit more. The ride was also relatively short (10 mins) for about $15 per ticket. We also had a schedule change and called to see if we could change the day/time of our tix, but no one answered the phone even after 4-5 calls throughout the day. If you are someone that simply wants to be on a ferris wheel I think you would enjoy this, but if you’re going for the views I would skip out on this one.
