First time visiting, stayed at the beach resort. We had a difficult time finding the hotel as the all the address is listed as 100 legoway in the email we received they're was not any other other address listed. We go to the park excited for a great day. The park was not that packed due to it was a holiday weekend, Morning was great. Lunch time came around the restaurants we're packed all the staff was telling us the wait time was at least an hour if we wanted to sit inside in air conditioning which would have been nice but we do live in FL so we're used to the sun. We got some pizza & water found a table & ate. Finished our day. There was several bathrooms out of soap so we were unable to actually wash our hands. Thankfully we had hand sanitizer. My 7 yr old wanted ice cream prior to leaving & of course the ice shop was closed. I'm not sure if this is a normal experience for Legoland

Our family took advantage of a special discount going on for first responders and military. Husband and under 2 little boy got in free and I got in 50% off. My parents came up and paid same amount since Dad had military discount.
PROS
*Price - good deal, considering how much a regular ticket usually is
*Cypress gardens - nice little area to walk around with a peaceful landscaping
*Miniland - loved seeing all the different cities and well known landmarks (although it needs the Tampa Bay Lightning in the Tampa section 😜)
*Rides seemed to promote exercise and there was a really cool one that's racing fire trucks to put out a fire that looked fun
CONS
*35 for standard parking
*Aquarium is separate price
*Toddler area is not much to do to be perfectly honest and was disappointing for my semi-active little walker
*Little to no rides were accessible for my little guy. His height clocked in at 30-31 and it seems the lowest any of the riders were 34 so a bust there
*Regular ticket prices are extraordinarily high for a park that, even in the height of season with shows and everything, just doesn't seem like it's worth that much. Or they need to include the aquarium because they're asking too much for separate stuff.
Overall, an okay place to visit. We prefer the big parks like universal but we'll bring our boy back when he can ride.

0/5 experience at this point. I had booked through Amex, where the hotel booking unfortunately did not include theme park tickets. However, the direct LegoLand website allows you to book with tickets included. I did not mind booking tickets separately, but LegoLand does not have an option online to include all parks for the dates needed. I still had a $3k room I needed to book for the other 1/2 of the family and am now in a predicament of not being able to have the same ticket level. While I am not disputing that I am also at fault for not being more thorough, this issue was caught in less that 3 minutes after booking the room. I immediately called Legoland, to which they direct me to Amex, as Amex booked on my behalf. Amex then calls Legoland on my behalf, completley okay with cancelling, but requesting authorization from LegoLand to cancel and LegoLand states "no. the cancellation period ended 5 days ago." Amex relays that info, to which I then call LegoLand again. LegoLand states "no, you must have Amex initiate the cancellation so you can then book through us." Call Amex, whom calls Legoland AGAIN. Legoland then has every excuse in the book to not assist. I am now in a situation where I still need to spend $3k on another booking for a week long room and I am pleading to have the other payment released so I can REBOOK the previous room WITH LegoLand directly. A) There is no way that Legoland can not decline the booking and move forward. B) Legoland could atleast offer tickets to assist in the issue. C) Each Legoland employee gives a different store on the phone, so that has caused a game of chasing my tail . I just want to book my two rooms, spend my $6k and be merry. I have both companies staring at each other with only consistency coming from one side and the quick and easy ability to fix my problem right infront of someone. I'll settle for any solution other than sending 1/2 of the family to the theme parks and the other 1/2 sitting in the hotel room. This is unbelievable service and problem avoidance.

Showed up on Veterans Day to see the place with my 18 month old granddaughter and wife. They already have season passes. Brought everything I needed to get in as a Florida educator: certificate, paystub, ID. Then I start getting grilled about what I do and if I’m a “classroom teacher” (which I’m not, but I am a certified teacher and employed in the local school system). They denied me entry and I sat out front while my wife and granddaughter went inside because I won’t be forced to buy a ticket. It felt like a shakedown. I have no reason to visit this place other than my granddaughter & I would have undoubtedly spent $50-$100 while in there on overpriced food and trinkets. I have gotten the educator pass at other theme parks and even here for the past 13 years that I have been in education but NOT as a classroom teacher. The employee was rude and ridiculous. I’m just so surprised I don’t know what else to do. Maybe somebody will find this helpful. If you’re coming from Orlando or Tampa the place isn’t worth the drive anyway. Luckily I live in the area, but the whole experience was unbelievable.
Sure, it was about 2pm. Only 3 hours left in the day (another reason I wasn’t buying a ticket). There were 2 lady’s in the booth, she had salt and pepper shoulder length hair with some curls. Probably in her 60’s.
This response doesn’t help make me feel better though. Again, I had all my documentation with me, even this response suggests I didn’t and perhaps I did something wrong. When all other theme parks, (including yours in the past) gives the pass to educators even if they aren’t classroom teachers, then if you stop it should say on your marketing “classroom teachers only”. It seems very much like your company wants the PR of giving to all educators while being highly selective behind closed doors. She told me you used to give it to all educators but you changed it this year. It seemed like she was having a bad day and just taking it out on us.

I have lived in Orlando 20+ years and have been to all of the theme park Halloween parties. This one was hands down the best of the bunch for kids. Came home with tons of candy and the shows and parties were top notch. My kid enjoyed it so much we didn’t have enough time to finish the park in one day. I opted to upgrade our one day passes to the bronze annual pass. It cost me all of $25 a person more to come back all year. Well worth it. The only reason we don’t frequent it more is because the 18 mile drive down US 27 once you get off Interstate 4 can be painful. Can take up to 45 minutes if you hit all the red lights and local traffic.
Everyone we encountered working there was super nice and helpful. If you encounter some staff that seems like they hate life, its due to crappy customers. We did encounter some shitty guests along the way. Par for the course of an inexpensive park in the middle of nowhere Florida. Had an able bodied jerk decide he had to sit on the bench on the carousel where I was already sitting. I’m a disabled woman. He basically sat down in my lap. I also got cursed out for standing my ground and not letting a party of 4 cut the line of my party of 2. There were exactly 4 seats left on the coaster and it was the longest wait of the day. The attendant asked if I would mind letting a party of 4 ahead of my party of 2. I said yes I mind and no. If I gave up our seats we would have had to wait 15 minutes for the next ride. I feel it was extremely inappropriate and unfair for the attendant to even ask me to do that. We also had people try and cut the line at guest services. Just be prepared that you may have to call people out and ask them to wait in line like everyone else.
However for $150 for an annual pass which is less than one day at Disney the park is well worth it. We went Halloween weekend the final night of Brick or Treat when it was what would be considered “super busy”. The longest wait we had was 20 minutes. Almost everything today had a wait of 5-10 minutes.
If you don’t want to get caught up in a lot of closures then go on the weekend. I imagine they are short staffed during the week and that’s why others have encountered closures and lack of cleanliness. During our visit all of the important things, the restaurants, and restrooms were clean and well kept. Some things could use a little paint or TLC but nothing so off putting I wouldn’t come back. Peppa Pig Theme Park is starting to look a little rough and could use a refresh. Its been open 3 years and Legoland is in much better shape at 15 years.
Overall if you have small kids this is a great park and I highly recommend their special events.
