After consulting another colleague, it was determined they would not be able to recover any footage due to the damage. I was impressed with their integrity. There was no fee, which had they been able to process the film was very reasonable. Home Video has the equipment to process just about any type of medium. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. BTW - Google Maps will tell you it's on your left. It is not, the store front is on the right; the mailbox is on the left.
