  I wish I could give more stars, honestly. The staff were great, the service was awesome, and the food was excellent. The pizza and those jerk chicken tacos — wow, very good. We came in for my son’s 5th birthday party, and I didn’t realize I had to check in first. When I went to the front, they were very apologetic, even though I mentioned it was my mistake and not to worry. Because it rained and we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor attraction, they worked with us on the package so we could still get our money’s worth, which I really appreciated. They truly went above and beyond. My son really enjoyed his birthday, and everyone who came with him had a great time — even my mom enjoyed the arcade games. The games were fun, and the girl working in the prize section was very kind and even gave my kids a free toy. I’ll say this is a great place to host a birthday party. The staff are very nice, friendly, and attentive — they listen and do their best to help. At one point, I had to grab something from the trash, and a gentleman whose name I didn’t get offered me gloves and even offered to do it for us, which we declined because they were honestly too nice. I wish I could give them 10 stars. If any manager or higher-up is reading this, this was on Saturday the 3rd, from around 3:30 PM to about 7:00 PM. The staff working during that time deserve recognition for their hard work and friendliness. I will definitely be returning for future birthdays or other events.

  M'y kid was being careful with the gokart and another one was going left to right and bumped my kid's gokart. He was not allowed to ride anymore even if we tried to explain to the manager. The teenagers running the show seem to Enjoy giving X to the bracelets as I watched them afterward. To bad we paid for the day and your employes enjoyed banning kids from the track. We spend 2 days and a half at your park during our vacation in Tampa bay. The last time we went was my son's choice because he likes gokarting.. he paid with his own money for that last Day. We didn't have any problem the 2 first time but that friday you had that tall skinny young dude that started putting marks on kids bracelets and pointing them while talking on His radio to the others laughing.. he made our last Day of vacation very bad and im sure to other kids, he wasn't doing it to the adults doing the same thing.. they made sure it was the one far on the track giving these warning and banning so we couldn't talk to him. Plus your manager didn't want to do anything about it. They are kids and you are suppose to be a family place.. warning and punishment could be given like 30-45 minutes Banned or something like that. We drove 45 minutes to go there and back. For something like that?? My son should be reimbourse

  Best fror younger kids (5-10). My older kids did like the gocarts and mini golf. Not much else for them. The Lazer tag was small and they didn't enjoy it. We bought a half price ticket so we were satisfied- if we had paid full price we wouldn't have been.

  I’d like to commend the cart staff for turning a minor traffic situation into a full-blown exercise in misplaced authority. Another driver cut into my path, causing contact — yet I was immediately stopped and warned for “bumping,” because apparently being in the wrong place at the wrong time is now a violation. Safety enforcement was… creative. A child who appeared to be under the clearly posted height requirement was riding alone without issue, but addressing that would have required consistency, so instead the focus stayed on me. The pièce de résistance was receiving a stern warning from someone who looked like they needed a permission slip to be there, followed by a manager swooping in to ensure the incorrect narrative was fully endorsed. An impressive show of teamwork, if the goal was deflecting responsibility and flexing authority rather than ensuring actual safety. If this is the standard for operations, I’m amazed there aren’t more “incidents.” But at least the staff got their power trip in for the day.
