Airport isnt even busy and there is a 45 minute wait ti get in. This has been the 2nd time I have tried to visit and was on a long wait. This time I couldnt even visit because I wouldn't have time to get to my gate.
Food is not good for dietary restrictions. Few options for low carb diets and a cilantro allergy.
All that said staff has always been great and its very clean. Drinks are top notch and bathrooms are amazing.

The food looks and tastes great! Impeccable service working conscientiously to clean after departing guests and servicing current guests.
The front counter has many grab and go items for your airplane adventure.
The soda fountain has pub style draw levers for cherry soda, root beer, filtered cold water, lemonade, vanilla cream soda, etc.
The place has glass that looks down at the concourse level through frosted panels, comfortable seating, clean restrooms, a shower, etc.
The elevator (for disabled access) appears disconcertingly like a service elevator in an employee only area but is still convenient, and some of the seating shows worn-through areas.
This lounge was one of the best I’ve been in from any brand, but the worn seating, and the behind-the-scenes vibe of the accessibility elevator doesn’t let me give it the full five star treatment.

Cant speak about atmosphere or food quality since I was never let inside, we weee told that 15 minutes since we were the next ones in the waitlist, well over 30 minutes later we are still one, while people keep going up and people going down. So They have a poor management of telling customers how long the wait is, now I cant eat somewhere else since I board in less than 30 and all other places have a line, the one I could have done but the 15 turned over 30! Thank you Capitol One lounge for nothing! And quit telling people you are sorry when you are not! Maya and Chris looked lost and helpless.

My wife, my son, and I attempted to visit the lounge this morning using our Capital One Lounge Pass. We were told that a reservation was required and were informed, in a rather dismissive manner, that the wait would be 50 minutes — even though the lounge did not appear busy. At no point were we informed beforehand that a reservation was needed.
Because of this, we were unable to use the lounge before our flight. This was very disappointing, especially given that lounge access was one of the primary reasons I chose to keep my Capital One account. I will be canceling my Capital One card and will not be using this lounge again.
I am sharing this feedback so that other travelers do not experience the same inconvenience in the future.

We really want to love this lounge — but it continues to disappoint.
After giving it at least seven chances, we’re considering closing our Capital One card and sitting at the gate while we wait for our flight. The food is consistently good, but the service and overall experience are anything but relaxing.
Here are a few examples from recent visits:
- The wait time for cardholders to enter the lounge is always at least one hour long.
- Upon checking in, we stopped for coffee at the station next to the desk. As we entered the lounge, the front desk attendant shouted at us to “check in first.” When we explained that her colleague had just checked us in, she rolled her eyes and waved us along.
- We ordered a drink roughly 45 minutes before closing, only to be told by the bartender that they “weren’t serving anymore because they were closing soon.” It was an on-tap drink — not a complex order.
- We witnessed an employee tell a father traveling with his young daughter (about 4–5 years old) that it was “illegal” for him to accompany her into the restroom, and that he should use the parent’s room instead. Unfortunately, the parent’s room has no toilet or sink — leaving no real solution for parents traveling solo.
- Tables are rarely cleared. When guests try to help by bringing dishes to the bar, they’re scolded for doing so.
- Bathroom lines are regularly 10–30 minutes long, which completely defeats the purpose of a “premium” lounge experience.
We’ve tried to give this lounge multiple opportunities to improve, but the poor service and lack of basic hospitality make it hard to justify coming back. It’s a shame — the food and space have potential, but the staff experience consistently undermines it.
