Please don’t offer tickets if it is impossible to redeem it! We won’t be coming back. Had to ask 5 times ( 3 employee ) to come to the tickets counter, but they never did. We waited half an hour, with a crying 3 years old.

I want to first call out that Rebounderz is a great place for children and families. I believe that Rebounderz has the rules, safety and care in place to ensure all children and their guests in general are safe and secure.
My first time visiting Rebounderz with my 4 children all under the age of 10 I will say was not the best experience. Unfortunately for me and my family we went on a day where there was a lot of birthday parties and guests. So much so that food availability was scarce. Our plan for that day was to spend a long time at Rebounderz and enjoy ourselves, but with the lack of service and food we did not have a great time and left only an hour after we arrived.
Now to how Rebounderz and more specifically Brandon Weiss (Store Manager) turned it around!
As my fiance and I and our children were very disappointed of our experience, I sent an email to Rebounderz customer service. I sent very detailed scenarios and experiences and reasoning behind our disappointment. In honesty I did not expect a reply. Typically from experience these types of emails go in a black hole.
To my surprise, I received an email from Brandon Weiss! Brandon was very thorough on answering and providing information on the specific situations I stated in my email regarding the lack of service and food. I was very impressed with his reply and his thoughtfulness on our dissatisfaction of our experience.
Due to the effort Brandon showed and information provided on what Rebounderz is doing to be better I gave it another shot!
My family spent the afternoon here at Rebounderz today and I will say it has been a much better experience! The service from all the staff today was amazing! The food was great and fresh. The kids had a wonderful time!
I want to personally thank Brandon for his efforts. He single handedly brought back a family of 6 to give Rebounderz another try. Thank you for your thoughtfulness!

This place was utterly terrible. Me and my broski wanted to do some serious, must needed dunk contests and there was a huge shortage of staff! So no staff could even watch the basketball area so we could play. This is so unacceptable and frustrating. Then when we went to play dodgeball, once again, no staff was managing it. We had to organize a game with multiple kids ourself. I don’t understand how we paid to do this, yet the people getting paid don’t even work. And the most important, most advertised part, the ninja warrior obstacles. They weren’t even open until our time was up. During our whole time there, we saw only 2 staff. And they both were talking to each other while yelling at kids to get off the side of the trampoline. Yet they couldn’t even help a kid who started crying because they were lost.

What is up with requiring to have rebounderz socks??? Money grab if you forget to bring the specific grippy socks. There are other trampoline places in the area and they don't have this requirement.

Visiting from out of state (lived in RP for over 20 years) and booked our 8 year olds party here and where do I start with the operational issues. Let’s start with the waiver and wristband process, go upstairs to receive a wristband and socks then go back down stairs to our party table. Why? Well because that’s where that computer is. Really!?! Then ask the front desk not to have our party participants go upstairs just to receive their band and socks. Then I’m told “you can ask your party attendee to bring their laptop down” um no “ you can go ask them to do this!”
For the price of $450 for a basic party with 10 kiddos, 2 less than okay pizzas and don’t forget the big water jug that comes with the basic plan, then we add 3 pitchers of soda and lemonade. So here we are one hour and 15 minutes into our 2 hour party and the 2 pizzas come out. I ask, when will the 3 pitchers come out ? Oh, I still have to go get those. Why didn’t the party attendant bring one of the many carts you have there with the pizzas and the drinks? Fast forward 20 minutes, attendant says , when would you like the arcade cards for each child? Ummmm how about an hour ago! Fast forward to after cake and after arcade cards, the kiddos want to go jump some more only to be told “your time has expired, you can’t jump anymore” WHAT!?! So let me get this right. We paid $450 for 10 little kids (age 8-10) to come jump for an hour and 15 minutes?
It’s very clear that this business has gone down hill from what I remember it was 15 years ago. New owners? Most likely. Business being maintained with upgrades? Absolutely not. I’m guessing 2026 will not be a good year for this company if they do not improve their leadership.
Also, for a cumulative of 30 minutes of the 2 hour party, team members were rotating positions which they shut down different areas for 15 minutes or so. There were plenty of team members working to not require the shut down of any areas. I am so disappointed for my family and for other families that work hard for their money and to receive haphazardly services. Come on Rebounderz, you should do better.
