Watched Willy Wonka and the Chocolate factory. Though we had tickets, they "upgraded" us from 1st floor to 3rd, with a better view. Seating was in a booth but had people next to us, which is ok but we normally would have preferred our own table. We got a corner sided booth, it was uncomfortable to sit in for the whole movie on one corner sided area so me and my parter had to switch seats at times during the movie. We had also ordered a blue drink based on the movie but got something that looked like strawberry syrup, mostly cream and all ice, which didn't add up to the theme or expecting or experience. Overall was ok, but seating was the worst upgraded

Man, what an incredible environment! Unbelievable place to watch a sporting event! The wall is immense and surrounds you. 3rd level is probably the best. I'd stay away from 1st level - kind of like front row of a movie theater. farther back is better - however nicer cushioned seats in the 3rd level are probably the nicest. Check it out - you need to go!

Came for Liverpool versus Villa at Anfield. Maybe COSM has a better setup for other sports, or even other Premier League stadiums, but this experience was far worse than watching it on TV at a pub. For a start, the cameras are in really average seat positions, as if seeing all of the pitch is more important than seeing something well. Then the cuts between the cameras were almost comically timed at the worst possible moment, usually as ball was moving towards the goal, right when you don’t want your view to change.
The distortion of the pitch on the curved screen made the whole thing kind of nauseating to look at anywhere except dead center of the screen. The only saving grace was the sound, which was impressive. At $120 per person for apparently top tier first row seating… COSM need a lot more cameras and some competent live editors to improve their Premier League experience.

DON'T COME HUNGRY!!! TOOK OVER AN HOUR FOR FOOD TO COME. The screens were amazing! However, the service was slow and the App used to place orders needs work. It took over an hour to get our food. The servers seemed lost any time they were bringing out orders to the tables. There is a lot of room for improvement. The App does not have the full menu or access to the beers on tap, therefore you have to order from the bar. It was not a busy day, therefore on a busy day it would prob be worse. I was initially looking foward to the experience, but the service dissapointed. We will prob not go back!

Watching The Matrix on a dome screen was a fun (one-time) experience. I disliked the continuous service throughout the movie—servers constantly walking across the aisles, even cleaning tables before the very last scene of the movie. They obstruct the view and the noise everyone makes with food being served non-stop takes away from the movie experience. It would have been ideal if food was served in the beginning ready for everyone to eat before the first scene. Then if people wanted beverages, they could be served maybe in the middle (ordered before the movie begins). Or have some sort of tablet at each table to order drinks to be served once in the middle of the movie (ppl can order multiple drinks for all I care, but please! interrupt the movie with service only once) The constant service was so distracting and chaotic (2 people spilled their drinks, one because a server knocked it over because she set it aside and it spilled onto the guests sitting in front (not the ones who had ordered it). Also, note that you’ll have to sit upright for the entire movie sitting at a table (unlike sitting in reclining chairs in theaters). It was a unique experience, but uncomfortable and chaotic. If you want to enjoy the movie, it wouldn’t be my recommendation. If eating overpriced bar food is your priority with a movie playing in the background, then sure, go for it.
