Ok I felt obligated to leave a review since I left the hotel a 1 star review. Legoland really did amaze me this trip . The last time I came was maybe around 2009?... I never came back cause it was blah , just kind of run down. My youngest daughter has been wanting to come since she saw it on Ryan's world and Iv been pushing it off cause I wasn't impressed so many years ago . Well my new thought is . WOW ! It's so clean and organized now, still small compared to Disney land but there is so much new things since we came last . I don't know if it's cause we came after a rain but the park just felt so clean and new .we loved every ride ! All the shows! All the stores!! All the food! I don't think I'll ever stay at the park hotel ever again!! But will for sure be back to the park . 10/10

My family and I love this park. Number one, it's extremely affordable, and the park usually has sales abd promotions going on. Now for the park. There is a ride for everybody here. There are different lands that will appeal to every kid. Miniland USA is so cool. I'm an adult and o love looking at the figures and structures as much as my kids. Bathrooms are all around the park and easy to find. A nice touch was two family bathrooms at each bathroom area we visited and each having a baby changing table inside. The biggest perk to Legoland is the playgrounds! We spent an hour at one of them! My kids had so much fun playing on the structures and duplos. I had peace of mind because the playground are well designed, most had one entrance/exit and it was easy to watch your kiddos from a distance. Ride lines were short and my 7yo waited and rode several of them by herself while my smaller kids and I played in the areas near the exit. Pretty much this park is very well designed for families with kids of all ages. My family and I will definitely be coming back.

If you go during the week, you could probably get on every ride twice. It’s worth it to go on a non-busy day & a lot less stressful. Spring break is super busy. Bring a towel & a bathing suit because even if you don’t go to the waterpark, there is a water feature area in the main park to the left that your toddler could spend all day at & you want them to have dry clothes for the evening. Be extra sure to stop & have the APPLE FRIES. They are the best thing ever in the entire park. If you have a kid who’s going to be napping, take them to the climb park where there are climbing ropes & other things to wear them out (before or after lunch) so they’ll wake up & be refreshed. After lunch, go into the Lego store, souvenir & gift shops & pick out what your child wants & put it in the car because the gift shops are jampacked, impossible & stressful when the park is closing. If you change your mind during the later part of the day, you could go to the car, get your receipt & exchange it. But just make your purchases & put them in the car so you could leave your stroller worry free at rides and/or not have to carry weight around in a backpack( also you’ll stroll past the chaos at the end of the night) Trust me. I took my son here when he was 5 in the 90’s and it was within a few months of their official grand opening. We have been coming here countless times ever since with his brothers & now about to take my grandchild. Lastly: Stay at the park until it closes because most the crowds will have left (or stuck in the shops ) then you can enjoy shorter lines as the crowds thin out. Have FUN & be playful!! I have the BEST memories here with my boys. Your kids will never forget your memories here.

We visited Legoland 11/8 and 11/9 for my son's 5th birthday and it was an awesome experience, mostly due to us being in the right place at the right time to be able to meet one of the shining stars of Legoland, Renate. Her kindness and her knowledge of everything Lego and Legoland was refreshing. She gave us tips on how to collect rare pop badges, educated us on the history and manufacturing of Lego, showed us the many things she has contributed to Legoland, and created such a special time for my little family of 4. Meeting her was a delight and we were able to make memories that will last a lifetime all because of these extraordinary moments that she gifted us with. She really left such a positive, lasting impression on our family. We thought we might be done visiting Legoland for a little bit given that we thought our eldest child was outgrowing it. But, this past visit proved us wrong as we have a newfound appreciation for Legoland and look forward to returning. As always, the kids loved all of the attractions, wait times were not that bad, and the apple fries, pizza, and other food were delicious (and not just for theme park food). We stayed at the Ninjago floor of the Legoland Hotel, which makes coming to the park convenient and includes breakfast. Overall, it was an excellent time!

We spent my grandson's birthday here and stayed at the Castle Hotel. It wasn't our first time at Legoland, so we knew what to expect. We upgraded our visit to the Birthday plan, which gives a few extra perks at the hotel & park. However, our time at the park was very disappointing. The majority of the most popular rides were "down" throughout the day. They would get them working, we would get notifications, and by the time we would get there, they would be "down" again. I understand maintenance & things going wrong. But this was beyond just a ride or 2. Many customers were complaining. We made the best of the day that we could. I received an email afterwards asking for a review, so I replied with how our day wasn't as satisfactory as previous visits. I received a response from Legoland's Customer Service asking for more details. It was nice that they were following up on customer complaints & they were concerned about what had happened. I wasn't expecting any refund or anything, I just really wanted to vent about the disappointment of my grandson. But, they offered us discounted tickets for our next visit. I was very surprised & thankful. I doubt the Mouse people would make such an offer! Anyway, we are using the tickets tomorrow and are very excited to have a great day!! Thank you, Legoland!!
