  This company is one of the most unprofessional, uncaring companies I have ever dealt with. On February 27, 2026 my neighbor across the street was getting a delivery. The inconsiderate and unprofessional driver drove up on my lawn trying to back into my neighbors driveway. Not just a little bit, 40 feet onto the lawn. He must’ve had a hard time because there are several deep ruts. I have been trying to get reimbursed for the damage for over a month. I have video footage, that’s how I know who did it. I have sent them all the photos and videos. They requested an estimate, I’ve sent that. My husband and I are in our 70’s and don’t have the strength or the money to fix this. I suppose my only other option is to take them to Small Claims Court to get this fixed before someone hurts themselves on these ruts in our lawn. I just want them to take responsibility for the damage their driver caused.

  Chris Wampler is top shelf. Without going into too much detail, we were impacted by hurricane Michael, and unfortunately, like so many others in NW FL, bad experiences with contractors and suppliers have been the second wave of the disaster. Chris is responsive and straightforward, but compassionate, and represents Reed's Metals very well.

  Had the best experience with this company. Awesome customer service by everyone, but especially Chris and Amanda. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. Always contributing to our small community and truly making a difference. Can’t say enough positive things about this place. Definitely recommend it to everyone and will be telling everyone about them.

  We recently bought a pole barn and installation from Reed's Metal Buildings in Cross City. High quality material! Their sales representative, David, was very friendly and helpful. He knew his stuff having worked there in various jobs for a number of years. Colby's crew installed it. The delivery guys and the installation crew were friendly and professional. I really appreciated their work ethic. I highly recommend Reed's Metals!

  Originally had a bad experience with the sales team however after speaking with the owner, I'd work with this company on future projects. One bad apple has the potential to spoil the lot but in this case leadership stepped up and made the effort to do the right thing. Very few companies embrace personalization in customer service and are willing to lean in to correct a mistake. Luke isn't that kind of business owner. He personally contacted me, genuinely apologized for the previous experience, and assured me of his company's commitment to the veteran and first responder community.
