Unfortunately, after 1 or 2 correspondence I was ghosted despite multiple attempts to follow-up. For a company that advertises it's ease to work with, this was a very disappointing experience given I like to keep my business local.

It took them way longer than promised to get my order ready for pickup, which caused me to lose my scheduled date for the installation contractor, and ended up with way too much material they wont take back. I let them do my material takeoff for my building and ended up with WAY more red iron than I needed. The building is framed exactly as the JAG salesman proposed, and yet I still have a LOT of 8" purlin left over. They shorted me on some other material, so I called to place the order. They forgot to get it ready, so I called back a couple weeks later to arrange to pick it up and return the extra material in the same trip. Now they won't take it back because it's been over 30 days. They were already going to charge a 25% restocking fee (based on their material takeoff), but now they won't take it back at all. Seems like a really shady way to do business. If you chose to do business with these guys, be VERY CAREFUL. Once they sell you steel they make money whether you return it or not. There are other suppliers who don't do business this way.
- LMLonnie MillsJun 5, 20201.0This place is absolutely the worst as far as quality control and timing they cant fulfill a simple 2 piece trim order in a 24 hour period ,and the quality when the guys handle the trim they drag ot across the forks scratching paint and costing my company money and time . I strongly suggest finding a real metal building company that can accommodate the needs of someone who has deadlines. I don't have a week to wait for 2 pieces of trim. And I don't think that any successful metal building company does either.
