  My wife and I recently stopped by United Ag & Turf in Weatherford while shopping for a John Deere riding lawn mower for our 2-acre property. The sales staff was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and just plain awesome to work with. They took the time to answer all our questions and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. If you’re in the market for equipment, we highly recommend United Ag & Turf in Weatherford

  I had my tractor in another shop and my PTO was not working correctly. I took it here and met Ms. Holley for in store service. She keep me posted n the loop on everything and made sure that I was informed. Great service from all involved. But, Holley thank you for being so nice and professional. Great customer service and if I need any more service I will be coming back. Mitch Morgan

  Very unhappy with a very high diagnostic fee on my tractor. they claim 3 hours of labor. Was a ripoff l was planing to buy a new tractor & some zero turn mowers from them. Never back to that location..please don’t ask to return your email is over…I’m done…

  I’m going to be honest, I’m struggling right now with the amount of time they have had my gator for service. We are approaching two weeks. When you use it daily, it’s like not having your car for two weeks. The situation started great - they came to pick it up, even called to pickup a day earlier than scheduled! We thought that was great, we’ll get it done and back. It was picked up on Monday, we called 8 days later on Tuesday and were told they had not serviced it yet. At all. 8 wasted days. Now I’m approaching two weeks. No word. For half a month my gator has been sitting there and no word on progress. Highly disappointed at this point. We’ll be calling once again tomorrow to see how progress is going. Definitely not doing any “extra” maintenance they might require at this point. I just want my ride back. **UPDATE** I am posting this update at NO request of theirs. You can see management reached out and wanted to talk to us about our review. We responded and spoke with the district manager personally. He was above reproach and agreed that this was far too long with no communication to us & that he would personally see what was going on with the situation. He did not offer us any compensation, we did not ask. He did not ask for us to update any review either. Again, this is on my own accord for folks looking for solid work. So, all of that aside, we got our gator back in exactly two weeks. (My original post was just shy of that mark.) I will say, I'm not sure if they went above and beyond because of our review (?) BUT, it's running amazing. It came back looking like a brand new machine. The ride feels better, more smooth, and the engine was even clean. When I say this thing came back sparkling and running like a charm, I mean it. So, for that, I'm thankful. At least the wait was worth it.
