- XXXrezzyrezzXJul 19, 20251.0My wife and I drove here from Lubbock because we are in the market for a zero turn mower. We are looking for a Bad Boy mower because we’ve heard good things from friends who have used them. I searched the dealers on the website and found this place. A sales associate (Jake) helped us but didn’t seem to know much about the products. We knew the model we were looking for based on a recommendation from a friend. We wanted to get a price on the item which we did and later exchanged information. We then advised Jake that we would also be needing a trailer. He pointed to the end of the lot and told us that we could go look at them. For those of you that have never been to this place it is massive. It felt like a quarter mile walk especially in 93 degree heat. On our way back we ran into Jake. Only he was with two other customers carting them around in what looked like a side by side. I’m not sure why were left on our own to walk the lot in this sweltering heat while other customers were being driven around. I asked if there was something wrong with us and of course I got no answer. I asked for a manager but was told he was busy. These guys have a great selection but good luck getting good customer service. I’m not sure why we didn’t receive the same customer service that we witnessed others receiving. I have an idea but I’m not gonna go there. In the mean time I need a mower. If there is anyone out there that can recommend a place please do.
