- DBDouglas BayJan 8, 20242.0Have had Richgas for over 10 years and all great things until recently… I asked them to move my tank to build my addition on and they swapped out my large tank with a smaller one. After addition was built they said they would come trench and run the line to move the tank. When they arrived they said they didn’t want to run the trencher because the dirt looked like it had too many rocks in it… Now winter, and 73 days after a fill and my tank runs out… $250 “special trip” fee for weekend trip…. After some discussion about being 10 miles from them, the gentleman lowered to $150… I agreed and asked to please keep the bill at $500 max, and I had to stop him before it hit $800. My fault I didn’t check my tank, but wow… Sometimes the cost of doing good business is worth not loosing guaranteed business.
