- BBBrandon BeardAug 12, 20251.0BEWARE OF OLG We rented a propane tank from OLG a few years ago. We came home from being out of town about a month ago and our full propane tank was gone. We began trying to call OLG and spoke to a man who said he couldn’t help but gave us another number to call. Once we called that number we reached a woman who said that they took our 300 gallon tank that was 80% full which had been filled up by OLG. When I asked why they took our tank they stated we owed them $3.00 (yes three dollars) and that was why they took our tank. I asked if they were going to reimburse us for the cost of the propane that was inside the tank? She said she would have to have the owner call us back. I have called them multiple times and left multiple messages and NO-ONE will return my call. Not only did they take the tank but they stole our propane which was prepaid in full. They literally stole our propane over $3.00!
