They have come out to my worksite a couple of times to share their knowledge to help us put together the best system we can for a good price. Always willing to help when I ran into some problems. It's also been refreshing to be able to call the service desk and not feel like you are hassling them. They are always kind and courteous.

He was patient, worked with me to find a stone that worked, gave me a sample stone, and even worked with me when it came to selling the amount of block I needed. He even researched for me exactly where to get a Kichler landscape bulb I was having a very hard time finding! Thank you John! He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of his products, inventory, and I highly recommend him and his staff. I would work with them again in the future should I need a TechoBlock product!
