The process was smooth and communication was excellent! I am 1200 miles away and they were able to do exactly what I wanted by communication with pictures. Seamless process! I have ordered another smaller sign from them again and will trust them again with any future projects. I also received my sign in perfect condition and the follow up was great. I have not hung my sign yet since it’s a Christmas present, but they sent all the hardware and even sent touch up paint and cleaning supplies. The detail is extraordinary!!! Would recommend to everyone and anyone. Top notch service!!! Thank you Brad and your entire team!
