- DBDaniel BDec 14, 20251.0I would recommend caution when working with this dealer. In my experience, it seems they will lie and cheat to get a sale, then leave you dealing with the repercussions. I purchased a near new 5075E with 30 hour. I paid full retail to add a MSL loader. I asked them to add tire ballast, but only if they can deliver the unit with the 8-way tires extended out. Deliver was delayed about 2 months or so due to "receiving the wrong parts for the aux hydraulics," which I suppose does happen. When I did receive the tractor, the loader and bucket both had significant cosmetic damage, likely from improper transportation. The tires were ballasted, but left dished in to the most narrow option (transport mode). I immediately complained to the dealer and they simply said something to the extent of "oh sorry. I can let the manager know" and "the mechanic advised those rims cannot be adjusted." After months with no action or call back, I again pushed the issue and, you guessed it, never heard back. The only call I have received was to advise me of a PIP? (recall) resulting in a fire hazard with the cab and exhaust system and that the tractor should not be used. I advised I would like it fixed ASAP but it again has been months with no action on anything. This is not the John Deere of the past and I will likely go orange after dealing with this dishonest dealer.
