I am a plumber and I tore up a sprinkler system installing a gas line. They helped me get everything I needed to make all the repairs.

They don't jack it up like some supply houses do when selling to the public. Will answer every question with a smile!

I looked online and called Reams first; talked w Doug. He knew what I needed, and it was in stock. So, I gave it a shot and was able to remove the old one and Doug affirmed my thoughts on installing the new one. So, for less than $175 I bought the part and had it installed in less than 10 minutes - saving a nice amount of money.

They quickly identified the part I needed, and just gave it to me - since it was a 40 cent part, and not worth the paperwork. They are so helpful - and have a system to avoid contact during covid-19. HIGHLY recommend.
