  My husband and I are new to this and Buck broke it down in the simplest terms ever! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! I loved every employee we came in contact with from the lady that held the door for us, the receptionist and Katrina! I recommend going to see the, if you’re thinking about a land purchase for all agricultural related needs!!

  Douglas “Bubba” James made the purchase of our land so easy and simple! We have purchased 5 homes over 20 years but never (stand alone) land and were very unfamiliar with what was and wasn’t needed. Bubba put us at ease from our initial contact! He made this whole process stress free! I recommend this company and BUBBA for all your land/Ag needs!!!

  This experience was an absolute joke. I was applying for a small farm loan to replace some existing fencing, purchase a chute for my cows, and add to my herd. My property (for collateral) was appraised for close to half a million dollars, I owe nothing on it and have no pre-existing mortgage, my credit is decent, and the amount I was wanting to borrow wasn't even one fourth of what it is worth. However, four days after applying I was told that I was denied by a ROBOT!!! Bottom line.....they didn't want my business obviously 😂.
