- DDDale DarseyMar 29, 20245.0Had the pleasure of working with Rob at this business yesterday. Honestly when I pulled into the business lot yesterday I felt like a fish out of water. There were Landscape contractors with their big pickups all over the place picking up big orders and here I am looking for (6) small size boulders to solve a small soil erosion problem. My concerns of not belonging were quickly dispelled when I walked into the main building. Rob and one other gentleman greeted me warmly and asked what they could help me with. They both spent a few minutes asking questions about my specific needs and then Rob walked me through the lot to look for the type of boulders that would work for my yard. I may have only been there to get a few rocks but, the service I got made me feel like I was one of the contractors making a big purchase. Thank you Rob and Superior Irrigation & Landscape Supply! You guys certainly know how to make a customer feel welcome!
