  I have been using Alta Propane for almost 4 years now and they have been awesome since the get go. Casey has been great and reliable at answering any and all questions I have brought up and his customer service is top notch! Would highly recommend Casey and Alta Propane. Keep it up guys!

  Terrible customer service. Had a Fill up scheduled on monday. They tell you to leave the money in the propane tank cap i left it there no one ever came out to fill up my tank so i called and let them know like hey? What happened i don't have propane. They said driver didn't see the money then tried charging me an extra $75 for them to come and fill up my tank. When The money was under the cap like every other time. Person on the phone was rude and just didn't care at all. Get new drivers and someone who isn't rude over the phone. John H. 四0团2四0

  Alta Propane is absolutely fantastic! Their team is professional, reliable, and so easy to work with. The customer service is top-notch—they answer calls right away, explain everything clearly, and genuinely care about their customers. They even saved me when I was in a pinch and needed propane quickly for my mom. They went above and beyond to make sure she was taken care of, and I’ll never forget that. Delivery was right on time, the driver was courteous and respectful, and the whole process was stress-free. Their pricing is fair and transparent, and you can tell they truly value keeping their customers happy. If you’re looking for a propane company you can count on in any situation, I can’t recommend Alta Propane enough!

  They have decent prices on refilling propane tanks only Open during the week
