He refused to assist on a simple spiral handrail pricing claiming he wanted the "angle of the rise" for the staircase in question, which I gave him directly from the contractor's information, yet he still refused saying it was "wrong". He then has the nerve to state it is "simple trigonometry", is that how to speak to a potential new client? Let alone to how to treat a complete stranger? I would rate him a zero star if it were possible. Safe yourself the grief, find a company who has professional employees.
