I had high expectations for SD powder coating to powder coat my motorcycle frame, subframe, and swing arm. The staff were originally friendly and helpful and quoted me a time line of 7 to 10 business days and a fair price. Once the 7 to 10 business came and went I gave them a call to check on my parts and was told they will get started on it right away.(first time I was forgotten about). 3 days later I was able to pick up the finished product and was handed my parts all wrapped up. Once again my high expectations led me to believe the job was done right since they had well over the original 10 days. Once I got home I realized the frame had been damaged through their “protective” wrap job. I reached out and was asked for pictures and was told it was unacceptable and she will speak to her manager. After 3 days of no response I reached out again (second time I was forgotten about) and was told they will take it in to repair.(no you had enough time the first go around) and was then givin a $40 credit which won’t pay for the gas it takes to get down there to pick it up, again. I don’t know how these guys are so highly recommend.
TLDR: went passed original time line, damaged finished product, poor customer service, don’t recommend.
Edit: after being fully unwrapped I discovered the frame was not cleaned properly before paint as there is still dirt in some of the engine mounts (added pictures)

The owners of this place are just down to earth good guys trying to run a decent business at a decent price. They do what you ask, make great suggestions, and listen to their customers and their employees. You couldn't ask for a better business. They address any issues personally and make time for any customer that has a problem. Quality work at a reasonable price, hands down.
